Thought Questions
- Run the sampling to completion a few times (5 times is plenty.) Is
the result the same each time?
- Why should the results vary each time?
- What is the difference between what you see in the display box after
a sampling run, and the textbooks drawing of a Uniform distribution?
- The learning exercises on "Convergence in Shape" deal with this.
- What did you learn from this simulation? You can compare your ideas
with what I thought you should learn - by reading the discussion I
prepared for visually impaired students. It's provided in the
"D-link" above the simulation display.
